E-Cigarettes VS Smoking And The Differences

Does Vaping Effect Your Health ?

Vaping has hit the stage when it comes to replacing smoking like a land slide and vape stores like tobacco stores once upon a time are opening everywhere.

This trend is grabbing more and more people around the globe as everyone is looking to replace smoking and the effects it has one everyone's health. The question of does vaping effect one's health have any merit. As it is put though, vaping is said to be up to 95 percent safer than smoking anyway

Vaping growing in popularity however isn't necessarily in all accounts making people quit smoking that fast, however, many people are resorting to vaping rather than smoking because of its significantly reduced risks. Smokers, however stupid they may be not realizing what is better fro them still actually want to know, what risks vaping carries with it, even though it is claimed to be up to 95 percent safer. Forget the fact that smoking causes cancer with thousands of chemicals. Lets just ask what risks vaping inflicts on people.

So Is There Any Conclusive Evidence Of  Damage From Vaping ?

Because the introduction of vaping into  society is relatively new, studies have been few in between as to the long term effects of vaping on one's health, especially with lung damage. there are hundreds of videos on the web which seem to establish that vaping and vape juice is harmful from every day vaping but no real evidence to suggest that vaping is purely responsible due to statements that some individuals who vape every day, also tamper with their vaporizers or even their vape juice which alters its factory settings and safety. So How do you blame vaping ? Here is video below showing some effects from vaping as stated by physicians. Draw your own conclusions from this video

To put it bluntly, short term effects on smoking can be harmful but this also depends on what vape juice you use, whether or not it is approved by governing bodies and other factors. Long term effects however are still unknown as this fad is relatively new and there no recorded cases as yet to its long term effects. Short term effects however have shown  that vaping can in some cases cause injury that requires hospitalization.

Vaping Versus Smoking

Studies on Vaporizers and smoking cigarettes did find that combustible versus vaping does have its differences. There is nothing safer than not vaping or smoking. Lungs are not designed to suck anything other than oxygen. Not smoking, nor vaping, but, having said that, considering that vaping is safer than smoking, and far safer might we add, the better alternative if you are going to do anything is vaping. Lung function when it comes to smoking, considering all the chemicals that are inhaled is significantly reduced unlike vaping. Smoking contains burned carcinogens. Vaping is atomised vapour through a heating element thus nothing is burned or combusted.

Asthmatic Vapers

As much as there are asthamatic smokers which beggars belief that someone who has asthma would actually smoke, vaping studies conducted on asthmatic participants suggets there is far less evidence of short or long term damage from vaping as compared to smoking. These studies however were only exercised on a few individuals who suffer from the chronic disease. Asthmatics who switched to vaping however have reported significantly improved health gains.

Conclusion Of Vaping Compared To Smoking

From tests conducted thus far however suggests that if you smoke, you would be better off switching to vaping as it is currently a far safer alternative to smoking when it comes to related diseases and especially cancer. after all, who wants to die from cancer or suffer its effects.

You must understand though, although it is claimed to be up to 95 percent safer, that doesn't mean it is safe.

Considering that vaping has only been around for about then years now as of this post date, it will be at least another twenty years before we fully understand the effects of vaping on the human body.

Having said this, most people who have switched to vaping over smoking have never looked back to smoking. It snot just the health effects, it is also the cost. Vaping wont cost you thousands a year in tobacco costs or government taxes, is pleasant to the nose with people around and doesn't cost you friends.

The general conclusion from all the research till date says that vaping is almost certainly better for your lungs than smoking. This is shown by both the cell cultures as well as the studies of the real vapers. Vaping is projected to be around 95 percent safer than traditional smoking. In spite of this, a small risk still remains, and our lungs are considered the best place for it to surface. People usually say that not to inhale anything apart from air as that may be harmful, this advice id probably right, but when you have to choose between smoking and vaping, there is no question that you will be better off vaping.
